- Quality inspection of plastic mold installation:
Complete inspection of the plastic mold to ensure the continuity of the mold structure and the standard of parts. The project manager and quality inspection personnel shall inspect the plastic mould according to the company's standards to ensure the quality of the products. Once the problem is found, it can be corrected immediately and effectively prevent the occurrence of errors. In addition, we continuously test the cooling system, hydraulic oil duct system, and hot runner system of the plastic mold
Checking before mould delivery
1. After confirming the customer's sample, our manager will inform our team leader to check the mould, including the 3D mould design, customer requirements, and mould trial problems.
2. According to the files above, our inspector will check the mould.
3. If our customer needs the water channel and oil channel drawings, we will print them for you. Of course, we could provide mould water transport pictures.
4. After all the detailed checking, no question, then we will inform our team leader to pack the mould.Hongmei After-sale Service :
1. Hongmei has the vulnerable parts of the mold for standby before delivery, and the parts are replaced.
2. During the warranty period, if the mold has quality problems and the failure is not caused by human activities, we will guide the maintenance, or our technicians will go to the site for maintenance. If it cannot be handled on site, it can be transported back to the company for treatment, and the treatment measures can be recorded for the acceptance of the guests.
3. We use a standard mold base with die inserts inside, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement. It not only shortens the time of later maintenance but also saves maintenance costs.
4. The mold is assembled by experienced engineers according to high requirements to ensure its details and quality and make it run more smoothly and efficiently when the customer produces.
