Mould flow analysis:

HongMei Mould will provide customer flow analysis. and use simulation software to verify the basic details of the filling process, dissolution wiring, deformation, and other die designs. These characteristics will define the high quality of the die to ensure the accuracy of the initial stage of the project and to ensure success at T1.
We provide a full range of processing technology, up to five axes.
The software is suitable for all 2D, 3D, and five-axis programming.
The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer and a laser calibration tool.

Hongmei After-sale Service :

1. Hongmei has the vulnerable parts of the mold for standby before delivery, and the parts are replaced.

During the warranty period, if the mold has quality problems and the failure is not caused by human activities, we will guide the maintenance, or our technicians will go to the site for maintenance. If it cannot be handled on site, it can be transported back to the company for treatment, and the treatment measures can be recorded for the acceptance of the guests.
3. We use a standard mold base with die inserts inside, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement. It not only shortens the time of later maintenance but also saves maintenance costs.
4. The mold is assembled by experienced engineers according to high requirements to ensure its details and quality and make it run more smoothly and efficiently when the customer produces.
