        Whatever product design is made by HONGMEI MOULD or offered by customers, we always make all-around analysis and inspection, such as Plastic molding process feasibility, Plastic Moulds structure, movement feasibility, all the related plastic components matching situation, etc. It can avoid Plastic mold amendment, scrap, and other unnecessary Plastic mold repair work by product design faults. We believe that 10 more minutes we spend on the design, one month may be reduced in production.
       With precise analysis, foreseeing rationality analysis for Plastic Moulds design, best processing analysis, and Plastic Moulds structure application, it offers the most professional solutions with the most suitable Plastic Moulds performance and technical specifications the customer requires.
       The inspection covers many aspects, such as Plastic mold intensity, mold-flow analysis, Plastic Moulds ejection, cooling system, the rationality of guiding system, application of Plastic mold spare parts' specification, customers' machine selection and special requirements application, etc. These should be inspected according to the Hongmei MOULD Plastic Moulds design standard.
        Mold manufacture is not only mold design, CNC processing, and assembly. A good mold company is not only concerned with this, they will pay more attention to the details like mold flow, mold size check, mold CNC precision, water channel check, and mold polish degree.

Mold Shipment Details
Checking before mold delivery
1. After confirming the customer's samples., our manager will inform our team leader to check the mold. Including the 3d mold design, customer's requirements, and mold trial problem.
2. Our inspector will according to the files above check the mold.
3. If our customer needs the water channel drawings and oil channel drawings, we will print them for you, of course, we could provide mold water transport pictures.
4. After all the detailed checking no questions, Then we will inform our team leader to pack the mold.
Mould specification

3. Prepare mold trial report, mold using instruction, mold temperature control box instruction, and quality certification to customer.
